Dr. B. Patrick Schaefer graduated from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1988 and has received advanced training in orthodontics, , oral surgery, implantology, and CAD/CAM dentistry. Dr Schaefer utilizes his multidisciplinary training in providing a comprehensive approach to a wide variety of restorative cases. Over the last 30 years, he has developed a large group practice in Lansing, MI, as well as 2 locations in the Okemos and Brighton area of Michigan.
Dr. Schaefer mentors young dentists and focuses his services on endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, and restorative dental procedures. Schaefer Dental Group also hosts “implant days”, which provide dentists from around the country opportunities to view and learn and grafting techniques. He also hosts continuing education classes in his training center for his staff, dentists from around the world, and dental members in the local community.
Dr. Manningham joined us in late 2016 shortly after he completed his DDS training from University of Detroit Mercy. He grew up in Clio and went on to earn his dual undergraduate degrees in biology and biochemistry from University of Michigan-Flint in 2008. He also completed a master’s degree in biology from his alma mater in 2011 prior to entering dental school education.
Dr. Manningham enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with interest in orthodontics, cosmetics, pediatrics, prosthodontics, endodontics and minor oral surgery. He has future goals to gain further knowledge and provide treatment in comprehensive orthodontics, implant, and cosmetic prosthodontics.
Dr. Manningham enjoys working with the team here at Schaefer Dental Group to provide patients with high quality treatment specific to their needs while respectful of their autonomy and cultural beliefs. He believes that our group practice has a wonderful, caring professional clinical and office staff to help comfort and care for our diverse population of the Greater Lansing Area.
In his free time, Dr. Manningham enjoys recreational sports including tennis, hockey, kayaking, golfing, and skiing. He also likes to try out new restaurants while traveling domestically and abroad. Fun Fact: Dr. Manningham is half Canadian and a quarter Hispanic and loves having such a diverse family cultural background.
